Who We Are

Bridging Insight and Transformation

Get to Know Me & My Collaborators

I am a researcher, meditation teacher, and healing practitioner whose work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary approaches to transformation. Currently based in Pokhara, Nepal, I guide individuals and organizations through journeys of deep learning, healing, and growth—whether through sacred travel experiences, intensive study at the Wisdom School, or personalized healing and consulting sessions.

Buddhist Studies & Himalayan Immersion

A dedicated practitioner in the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, I have lived in Nepal since 2022, deepening my studies at Rangjung Yeshe Institute, the Buddhist Studies department of Kathmandu University, while pursuing independent doctoral research in Buddhist Studies. My understanding is shaped not only by academic rigor but by extensive retreat experiences, pilgrimage journeys across Buddhist Asia, and close relationships with monastic communities throughout the Himalayas.

This immersion allows me to offer authentic transmission—teaching and guiding from direct experience rather than theory alone. Whether leading meditation sessions, teaching Buddhist philosophy, or guiding travelers through Nepal's sacred sites, I bridge the gap between scholarly knowledge and lived realization.

Healing & Embodied Wisdom

My healing practice integrates Reiki energy work (USUI lineage), yin yoga informed somatic therapy, and trauma-sensitive counseling. Trained in both traditional contemplative practices and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I work holistically with body, mind, and spirit—helping people release what holds them back, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their innate capacity for wholeness.

Beyond formal sessions, I embrace expressive and embodied practices—movement, breathwork, sound healing, and inner journeying—as powerful pathways to self-discovery and transformation. This multidimensional approach honors the wisdom held not just in the mind, but in the body, emotions, and spirit.
